The processes within In-Site also encompass the wider picture - for example; for an owner moving pitch the system will prompt for ex-meter readings to invoice them later in the year. In-Site will inform the user if an owner has an outstanding balance when they are going through the 'Leaving Site' process.

Similarly, in the sales process In-Site will put the part exchanged unit into the stock list or show a unit 'Sold Off Of Site' many months even years previously. The stock screen will also highlight any Flu, PAT or Electric Tests that have expired.

The job list will collate jobs outstanding for the Park, Stock or Owners and by who they were allocated to, staff or contractor.

Group Insurance within In-Site complies with the latest FSA rulings and will produce all documentation from leading insurers. Saving many laborious hours each renewal time.

The diary based bookings system is a user friendly reservations system that acknowledges its part of a bigger picture. Changing hire units or plots is simple and quick; there is provision for agencies and owner sub-lets.

In-Site understands what a holiday maker first books is not necessarily where it ends. So moves, up-grades, price changes and extras are easily actioned so that you offer the most efficient and professional service to your customers.

There are source, revenue and occupancy reports, arrivals, departures and cleaning lists but with the reports designer you can adapt and add reports to suit your procedures.

The Sales prospects system is an added bonus. Enquiries from prospective owners are treated with equal importance. You are able to record the enquirers requirements, note conversations, set re-contact dates in the future but never loose them.

With integration to gateway barriers and security Pass / Tag facility In-Site can monitor the traffic onto your park and into your facilities.
