We provide this peace of mind to our customers by including training sessions and a free 12 month subscription to the In-Site Support Service with each purchase of the software. Users of the cloud based version have full support contract is included with the monthly subscription

We also have a state of the art support ticket system that allows you to monitor the progress of your support queries and a knowledge base where you and your staff can discover how to get the most from your software.

    Using In-Site remote we can take control of the computer at your park and work with you to quickly deal with issues.
