Each stock screen within in-site™ holds an aftersales facility where you are able to record all 72 Check, PDI and Warranty faults. Warranty claims are recorded in detail and printed to a claim form for you to email or fax to the manufacturer.

All contacts with the manufacturers or contractors are recorded with any comments to build a history of communication. These notes are available for any user to see when talking with the customer.

Any recall dates are also recorded and listed on the global 'To Do List' when the date arrives.

All individual faults are then shown together in the Manufacturers Record Sheet. Here you are able to view and print all of your outstanding faults for all your stock.

Assign & monitor maintenance jobs

You may select to view and print groups E.g. All Willerby warranty claims, All Cosalt PDI faults etc. Simply clicking on any fault will bring up the details of the fault.

When a fault is completed it is archived back to the unit so each unit maintains a full faults history.
